The printing press should not be very unfamiliar to everyone, but when it comes to the flexographic printing machine, many people may not know it very well.
The flexographic printing machine uses fluid ink with strong fluidity. The ink is transferred from the ink fountain rubber roller and the anilox ink transfer roller to the graphic part of the printing plate for ink coating, and then the printing pressure is applied by the pressure drum to transfer the ink on the printing plate. Transfer to the substrate, then pass through the dry side to complete the printing process. According to the different arrangement, it can be divided into three types: satellite type, stacked type and unit type.
Satellite flexographic presses are also known as shared impression cylinder flexographic printing. Each printed unit is arranged between two wall plates around a common impression cylinder. The substrates are register-printed on a common impression cylinder. Due to the direct transmission of the gears, both paper and film can be overprinted very, very well without special control devices, and the printing process is very stable, which is often used for printing color products.
Stacked flexographic printing presses are also known as stacked flexographic printing presses. The individual printed units are stacked one above the other on one or both ends of the main wall panel of the printing press, or the printed units of various colors are mounted on the rack. Each print unit is turned by gears mounted on the main wall panel. Stacked mimeographs can print 1-8 colors, but usually 6 colors.
The unit type flexographic printing machine is composed of a Chenglian flexographic printing machine and 4-8 independent and horizontally arranged printing units driven by a common power shaft. It supports only one printed unit per pair, so it can be designed for different drum heads.
